Our Fulfillment Policy

Within 24 hours of purchase, a customer may obtain a refund by emailing us at support@keystodriving.com. If a student is unable to complete the course, contact us by email or telephone and we will help. If an issue cannot be solved, the student will be refunded in full back to the original payment source. Upon successful payment, the student has immediate access to the course and its materials.

Do you offer behind the wheel training?

We do not at this time. Our online course is strictly for the driver’s theory requirement for new drivers.

I lost or I need another copy of my certificate of completion. How do I obtain another one?

Your account doesn’t get deleted after you complete the course. Log in and download another copy. You are always free to log in and review course material whenever you wish.

Do you offer a license restoration course or could I use this course for that purpose?

This specific course cannot be used for license restoration.

Which insurance companies offer driver training discounts?

The list varies constantly, and often depends on the type of policy and the location of the student driver. We advise calling your local insurance broker to make sure your policy allows this.

Can I get high school credit for taking this course?

Yes. Most high schools offer credit for students who complete this course. Check with your high school counselor or principal for more information.

Do you offer courses for other states?
